The HJC FS-10 is an older full-face helmet whose ownership needs include clear vision, secure fit and careful identification of replacement components. A familiar HJC badge is not enough to select a screen: the visor reference matters as much as the helmet name.
HJC's manufacturer chart lists the FS-10 in the HJ-09 outer-visor family. That is a useful starting point when comparing a replacement with the screen already fitted. Check the actual listing for any mounting, insert or version requirements before ordering.
The gallery shows distinct clear, dark and mirrored outer-screen examples. Appearance alone does not establish suitability for night riding or public-road use. Read each screen's markings and use restrictions, and consider the light conditions you will encounter throughout the journey.
The outside screen closes the helmet opening; an internal shade is a separate part. Identify the damaged or worn component before searching for a replacement. A shared outer-visor family does not establish compatibility for liners, internal shades or ventilation pieces.
Look for scratches in the line of sight and check that the screen closes evenly. Follow HJC's instructions for removal, cleaning and refitting. If the helmet is loose, damaged or of uncertain history, replacing the visor alone does not resolve the condition of the helmet itself.
Visit our showroom with your riding glasses and gloves. We can help assess the HJC FS-10 fit or check the details of a replacement component before you choose.
