Cardo
20 products
Showing 1 - 20 of 20 products
Cardo motorcycle intercoms cover simple rider-to-passenger Bluetooth communication, larger Dynamic Mesh Communication groups, helmet-specific integrated systems and the accessories needed to move or maintain a setup. This collection includes complete single and duo systems alongside second-helmet kits, mounting parts and microphone spares.

Choosing the right Cardo system
Packtalk mesh intercoms
Packtalk Edge, Packtalk Pro and their duo versions suit riders who want Cardo's second-generation Dynamic Mesh Communication. The network can reconnect riders automatically as a group changes position, while ordinary Bluetooth pairing remains available for other connections.
Freecom and Spirit
Freecom 4X and Spirit HD use Bluetooth rather than Packtalk's DMC mesh. They can be a more proportionate choice for solo use, rider-to-passenger communication or a small group, depending on the range and number of connections required.
Helmet-specific integration
The Shoei Packtalk S and 4X listings are for Neotec 3, GT-Air 3 and J-Cruise 3 only. Cardo HJC systems also require an explicitly compatible HJC helmet. Do not choose an integrated unit by brand name alone.
Single or duo pack
A single pack contains one complete communication system; a duo pack is intended to equip two helmets. Check the exact box contents because a second-helmet kit is an installation kit, not another intercom unit.
Mesh, Bluetooth and real-world range
Cardo lists Packtalk Edge and Packtalk S with second-generation DMC, support for groups of up to 15 riders and up to 1.6 km between two units under stated conditions. Freecom 4X is a four-rider Bluetooth system. Terrain, buildings, traffic, weather, rider spacing and helmet position can all reduce real-world range, so published maximums should be treated as comparison figures rather than guarantees.
Current Packtalk, Freecom and Spirit families can be configured through the Cardo Connect app, with over-the-air updates available for the supported models. Update a new unit before a trip and make sure every group member understands the pairing method being used.
Checking helmet fit and installation space
Before buying, confirm that the helmet has suitable speaker recesses, a safe route for the wiring and room for the correct microphone. Full-face helmets commonly use a wired microphone, while flip-front and open-face designs may require a boom microphone. The installation must not create pressure points, obstruct the retention system or interfere with the visor mechanism.
Cardo accessories and second-helmet kits
The collection includes JBL second-helmet kits, adhesive plates, an adaptor and replacement microphone foam. A second-helmet kit lets a compatible removable control unit move between equipped helmets, but it does not normally include the intercom module itself. Match the accessory title to the exact Cardo family before ordering.
Why buy Cardo from Moto Central?
Moto Central stocks complete systems, integrated options and practical spares in one range. Our team can help compare group size, helmet compatibility and box contents, and compatible intercoms can be fitted at our Hinckley showroom. If you are also buying a helmet, check the current helmet and intercom saving terms before ordering.
Cardo questions
Do I need Packtalk for two riders?
Not necessarily. A Bluetooth model may cover rider-to-passenger or two-bike use. Packtalk becomes more relevant when a self-reconnecting mesh group and its additional group capacity are useful.
Does a second-helmet kit include another Cardo unit?
No. It normally provides speakers, microphone and mounting components so one compatible control unit can be moved between helmets. Check the listed contents.
