RE-ZRO motorcycle armour is designed to add low-profile impact protection to compatible clothing pockets. The current Moto Central range contains curved knee protectors and hip protectors, each offered as a pair in Level 1 or Level 2 versions.
Level 1 or Level 2 armour?
Both levels refer to impact testing under the relevant motorcycle protector standard. Level 2 is the higher impact-attenuation category, while Level 1 can be a useful choice where a thinner or lighter insert is the priority. The garment, pocket and protector must work together, so choose by fit as well as rating.
Knee protectors
The curved knee pieces are shaped for use in compatible knee pockets. Once fitted, the protector should sit over the kneecap in your normal riding position.
Hip protectors
Hip inserts should lie flat inside the garment and remain centred over the joint without folding or rotating.
Material care
Remove armour before washing unless the garment and protector instructions explicitly say otherwise. Inspect it after a heavy impact and replace it if damaged.

RE-ZRO describes its material platform as flexible, lightweight and designed with recycling and biodegradation in mind, subject to the manufacturer’s stated disposal conditions.
