Zandona motorcycle body armour covers different ways of wearing protection, from separate back protectors and limb guards to protective garments. Choose the areas you want to cover, then consider how each piece will sit under your riding kit. Fit, retention and the rating of the individual protector all matter.
Start with the format you need
A strapped back protector, a knee guard and a protective jacket solve different fitting problems. Decide whether you need an independent protector or something designed to work within a particular garment. Check how it stays in position when you sit on the bike, reach forward and bend your knees.
Back protector sizing
Zandona's NetCube Back Pro uses Net3 impact-absorbing construction and carries EN 1621-2 Level 2 certification. Its X6, X7 and X8 variants correspond to different wearer-height ranges, while waist sizing is a separate choice. Those model numbers are not protection levels: use the relevant size chart rather than choosing by the number alone.
Knee and limb coverage
The NetCube Pro-Fit Knee is an example of a sleeve-style guard with adjustable fastening, designed to cover the knee and upper shin. Zandona specifies EN 1621-1 Level 2 for this model. Check the size and position in a bent-leg stance, including clearance with trousers and boots.
Match the protection to your riding kit
Certification belongs to the named component or garment, not automatically to every item carrying the same brand. Check the label and instructions for the exact product. Allow enough room for protection without pulling your outer clothing tight or letting the protector move away from the area it should cover.
