Alpinestars motocross equipment covers the clothing and protection used for off-road riding, from helmets and boots to jerseys, trousers and body protectors. Build the outfit around your discipline, movement and fit. Adult and youth equipment need their own sizing checks, even where model names are related.
Decide which chest, back, shoulder, elbow and knee protection you will use before choosing the clothing around it. The Bionic Pro V3 Plasma is one example of upper-body impact protection carried in a breathable mesh structure. Check the coverage and rating of each protector individually; a jersey or a roost guard should not be treated as an interchangeable substitute for every protective layer.
Try the trousers with your knee protection and boots, then move between seated and standing riding positions. Check that closures remain secure and that the jersey allows your elbows to move freely. With a helmet and goggles, assess their fit together, including the seal around the face and the way the strap sits on the helmet.
Ventilated clothing can be useful during hard riding, while an enduro outing may require a different approach to wind, rain and carrying essentials. Compare the intended use of boots and outer layers rather than selecting by graphics alone. After riding, follow each item’s cleaning and inspection instructions, especially for closures, armour and helmet components.

Bring your usual knee protection and other kit to Moto Central so you can assess how the layers fit together.
