• Ensure the item is in stock and available to purchase.
• Confirm the listed price includes delivery charges.
• Verify the item is an exact match – brand new and in the same condition.
• Ensure the seller is an authorised UK retailer.

Once we have reviewed the details, we will confirm whether we are able to match the competitor’s price. During business hours, you can normally expect a response within one to two hours.

• The item must match exactly in size, colour, and model.
• This policy applies only to deliveries within the UK mainland.
• We only match prices from UK websites displaying prices in GBP.
• Price matches cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
