The HJC RPHA ST is a full-face road helmet with separate outer and internal screens. For riders choosing or caring for this model, the important distinction is between visibility components, comfort padding and the helmet's protective structure.
HJC's manufacturer charts identify HJ-20ST for the RPHA ST outer visor and HJ-L1 for its sun shield. Keep those references separate. The shared use of an internal shade by another helmet does not prove that its outer visor or mechanism will also fit.
A replacement comfort liner must match the model and correct size specification. Check the label inside the helmet and the existing liner before ordering. Padding should support the head evenly; changing it is not a way to repair damaged impact-absorbing material.
When a visor fails to close smoothly, inspect the correct mounting arrangement rather than forcing the screen. A listed gear-plate set is a separate component, not a visor. Confirm compatibility with the exact helmet and follow the manufacturer's fitting instructions.
RPHA ST should not be shortened to RPHA when looking for spares. Later RPHA touring helmets may use different screens, interiors and electronics. Bring the original component or a clear photograph of its reference if you need help distinguishing a screen, mount or liner.
Visit our showroom with your riding glasses and gloves. We can help assess the HJC RPHA ST fit or check the details of a replacement component before you choose.
