LS2 OF618 Verso II combines an open-face shell with a long outer visor and an internal sun visor. It is a road and urban option for riders who prefer an open chin area, with comfort, eye coverage and the relationship with glasses worth checking before choosing a colour or graphic.
Verso II is an open-face helmet, not a flip-front helmet with its chin bar temporarily raised. Its outer visor extends in front of the face but does not add a structural chin section. Compare that format with a full-face or modular helmet if enclosed chin coverage is important to your riding.
LS2 specifies a KPA shell, three shell groups, a metal micrometric buckle and ECE 22.06 approval. Try the helmet with the strap properly adjusted and check for even contact and stability. The open front can make a helmet feel spacious, so pay particular attention to whether the shell moves independently around your head rather than judging only facial clearance.
The outer shield and internal sun visor provide different adjustments for visibility. LS2 describes the outer visor as ready for a Pinlock 70 MaxVision insert; ready does not mean that the insert is included in every package. Confirm the contents and choose the correct OF618-compatible component before fitting one.
Top ventilation, rear exhausts and removable comfort padding are part of the Verso II specification, alongside preparation for an LS2 communication system. Check the intended speaker position with your ears and glasses during fitting. When replacing a visor, liner or vent, use the OF618 Verso II reference and the component's exact application, rather than transferring parts from an earlier Verso by appearance.
Visit our showroom with the riding kit you normally use. We can help compare fit, check how separate pieces work together and identify the right model before you choose.
