LS2 motorcycle boots include taller riding designs and shorter footwear for different uses. Consider the support and coverage you want on the bike alongside fastening, weather protection and walking comfort. A casual appearance does not tell you the protective specification, and a taller boot is not automatically the right fit.
Compare how the boot covers the ankle and lower leg, how the sole feels on the footrest and how the toe works beneath the gear lever. Shorter designs can be convenient for everyday use, while taller designs need particular attention to calf fit and trouser overlap. Use the individual protection label and specification to compare them.
LS2 lists both waterproof and other boot versions, including similarly named options. Trekker is one example of a waterproof design using ripstop fabric and a Spinon fastening system. Check the full model name rather than assuming that all LS2 footwear has the same membrane, closure or materials. Match the boot to your expected riding conditions.
Wear your usual riding socks, fasten both boots and check heel movement and toe room. Walk briefly, then assess the riding position and trouser opening. Learn how the particular closure adjusts and releases before using it on the road. Follow the specified cleaning routine, and dry footwear carefully rather than assuming every material tolerates the same treatment.
Bring your usual riding kit to our showroom so you can assess the combination before choosing.
