The Alpinestars Nucleon Flex Pro Protection Vest is a lightweight motorcycle body-armour layer for sport, road and track riding. It combines Level 2 chest and back protection with a highly ventilated mesh chassis, giving riders substantial impact coverage without the bulk of a rigid protector jacket. This version is finished in Transparent Smoke, Red and Black.
Level 2 chest and back protection
- Full-length back protector: certified to EN 1621-2:2014 Level 2, including T+ and T- temperature testing.
- Divided chest protector: certified to EN 1621-3:2018 Level 2, including T+ and T- temperature testing.

Fit and sizing
Moto Central currently offers this vest in sizes S to XL. Use Alpinestars' upper-body sizing as a starting point and measure around the fullest part of the chest, beneath the armpits, with the tape kept horizontal. The vest should sit close to the body so the chest panels remain centred and the back protector follows the spine without restricting normal riding movement.
Try the vest with the base layer and outer motorcycle garment you intend to wear. Adjust the waistband, adopt your normal riding position and check that the armour remains correctly located. If you are unsure between sizes, Moto Central can help with fitting at the Wolvey showroom.
