At Moto Central, we are proud to offer the Shoei Personal Fitting Service (PFS) - a revolutionary approach to helmet fitting that guarantees unparalleled comfort, safety, and performance. For only £50.00, you can experience a bespoke fitting process tailored precisely to your unique head shape, ensuring a Shoei helmet that fits like no other.

The Core Concept of PFS

The fit of a motorcycle helmet is critical to its ability to provide optimal protection and comfort. Shoei’s Personal Fitting System (PFS) goes beyond standard sizing to adapt the helmet’s interior to your individual head shape. This ensures a stable fit in all riding conditions, improving both safety and overall riding enjoyment.

Shoei’s PFS is compatible with all current Shoei helmet models and select previous-generation models, making it accessible to a wide range of riders.

Step-by-Step PFS Process

1. Analysis of Head Shape

The fitting process begins with a precise measurement of your head using a specially developed instrument. This data is then entered into advanced software that analyses your head shape and generates:

Optimal Helmet Size: A recommendation based on your measurements.
Adjustment Positions: Specific areas within the helmet that can be fine-tuned for a better fit.

Additionally, cheek pads can be adjusted independently, offering a comprehensive level of customisation.

2. Custom Adjustments

The adjustments are carried out as follows:

Provisional Fitting Pads: Special fitting pads are added to the helmet’s interior based on the software’s recommendations.
Trial Fit: You try the helmet to assess the comfort and fit.
Fine-Tuning: Additional adjustments are made to refine the fit until it is perfect.
Final Fixing: Once the fit is perfected, the pads are securely fixed in place, ensuring the helmet is tailored to your unique head shape.

3. Supported Shoei Helmet Models

The PFS is compatible with:

All current Shoei helmet models, including:

Shoei Neotec 3
Shoei GT-Air 3
Shoei NXR 2
Shoei Glamster 06
Shoei Ex-Zero
Shoei J-Cruise 3
Shoei VFX-WR 06

Select models from previous generations.

Time Commitment

The entire process is efficient and completed in under an hour:

10 Minutes: To measure your head and analyse the data.
20–30 Minutes: For adjustments and fine-tuning.

This ensures you leave with a helmet that feels custom-built for you.

Cost of the Shoei Personal Fitting Service

The PFS at Moto Central is available for only £50.00, which includes:

A detailed fitting process.
Any adjustments made using Shoei’s fitting pads.

For fittings that require intermediate sizes of head or cheek pads from Shoei’s accessory range, additional costs may apply. These charges also apply to fittings for previously used helmets brought in by customers.
