Caberg Ghost gives the open-face helmet a distinctive goggle-shaped visor and removable mask. The mask changes its appearance and weather coverage, but Ghost remains a jet helmet. Choose it for that format, then check visor fit, face-foam comfort and the exact model generation before considering accessories.
The Ghost mask offers coverage from weather and insects. It is not a protective full-face chin bar, so assess the helmet as an open-face design. If chin protection is part of your requirement, compare helmet types first instead of assuming that a covered-looking front delivers the same protection.
Caberg describes use with visor, foam and mask together; visor and mask without foam; visor and foam without mask; or visor alone. Follow the Ghost manual for changing those arrangements. Choose the configuration for comfort and conditions, and check that each retained component is correctly fitted before use.
The spring-assisted visor mechanism differs from goggles on an elastic strap. The foam profile should sit comfortably without distracting pressure around the nose or cheeks. Check that opening and closing it does not catch your glasses. A good helmet fit comes first; changing face foam is not a solution for an incorrectly sized shell.
Ghost and Ghost X should be treated as separate model names when buying visors, masks or liners. Confirm any shared fit from the actual part specification. Clear, smoke and mirrored shields also have different usage considerations: check the marking and intended conditions before choosing a finish for journeys that may extend into low light.
Bring your glasses to Moto Central and try the visor and mask arrangement before deciding. We can help you identify the original Ghost model and check the relevant accessory listing when you need replacement components.
