Bob Heath Demon

Showing 1 - 5 of 5 products
Bob Heath Demon Films are 0.175 mm tinted inserts fitted to the inside of a clear motorcycle helmet visor. They change the visor's outward appearance and give the rider a dark-tint view, but they are inserts rather than complete replacement shields.

Choose the shape and finish
Universal or Arai-shaped
The universal film is made for a broad range of visor shapes. The Arai version follows a profile intended to suit most Arai visors. In either case, compare the film outline with your clear visor before fitting.
Dark smoke, chrome or gold
Dark smoke gives a smoked appearance from outside. Mirror chrome and mirror gold create reflective finishes, while all three are described by Bob Heath as giving a dark-tint view from the rider's side.
Fitting matters
Demon Films use the supplied tab-stop fitting system. Bob Heath advises that some visor models require trimming with sharp scissors, so work gradually and keep the film clear of the visor seal and operating mechanism.
What to check before ordering
Start with a sound, clear visor and select the correct film shape. A Demon Film does not replace a damaged visor, add a Pinlock-style moisture-absorbing layer or make an incompatible shield fit your helmet.
Compare Demon Films at Moto Central
Moto Central lists the universal and Arai-shaped options separately, with the finish named in each product title. This makes it easier to match the intended profile before choosing the appearance.
Customer questions
Does a Demon Film fit outside the visor?
No. The manufacturer specifies fitting it to the inside surface of a clear visor.
Will the Arai-shaped film fit every Arai visor?
No. Bob Heath says it suits most Arai visors. Compare the actual visor shape and allow for the possibility of trimming.
