AGV X3000 combines a retro full-face silhouette with a fibreglass shell and a distinctive contoured chin piece. It offers a different feel and appearance from an angular modern sports helmet, so compare the fit, visor operation and ventilation as carefully as the classic racing graphics.
The X3000 draws on AGV's racing heritage, but the useful question is how its shape works for you. Fasten it securely, check space around the chin and assess the view in your riding posture. A graphic associated with a famous rider does not tell you whether the helmet's internal shape suits your head.
The X3000 has a distinctive dual-button visor fastening and metal opening mechanism. Operate it while stationary before relying on it during a journey, checking that it closes evenly. When ordering a screen or mechanism, use the X3000 and exact part reference rather than selecting another AGV visor with a similar curve.
AGV describes a leather-and-fabric interior with removable, washable comfort padding. Follow the model's care instructions for each material and component rather than soaking the complete helmet or assuming every trim piece detaches. Allow cleaned padding to dry properly and check its attachments before refitting.
Consider changing light, glasses clearance and airflow alongside the retro appearance. Check the actual visor and insert compatibility, markings and package contents before adding accessories. The X3000 is separate from the open-face X70 and other Legends models; shared styling is not a reason to transfer their parts, coverage or approval claims.
Visit our showroom with your riding glasses and gloves. We can help assess the AGV X3000 fit or check the details of a replacement component before you choose.
