AGV Pista GP is the original carbon-fibre full-face model in a racing-focused helmet family. Its name needs particular care when buying spares: Pista GP, Pista GP R and Pista GP RR identify different versions, even where an individual replacement part is expressly listed for more than one.
The original Pista GP combines a carbon-fibre shell with a double-D fastening, ventilation and removable interior components. For a riding assessment, wear it with the clothing and glasses you intend to use. A sports helmet should remain stable and allow a clear view in your riding position, rather than merely feeling snug when standing upright.
Race 2 outer visors are shown here as component illustrations. Confirm the exact visor code, helmet generation and attachment arrangement before choosing one. A shared fitment statement for an outer screen does not automatically apply to its mechanism, tear-offs, anti-fog insert or a later Race 3 assembly.
Clear, coloured and mirrored screens serve different lighting needs. Choose from the product's stated use and markings, keeping a suitable clear option available when the journey may extend into low light. Check the seal, both pivots and the locking action after fitting a replacement, following the helmet's own instructions.
Identify worn pads, loose fittings or damaged vent components before ordering replacements. Do not borrow later-model hydration, communication or approval claims for the original Pista GP. For an older helmet, known history and condition matter alongside replaceable comfort parts; a newly fitted visor is not evidence that the rest of the helmet has been assessed.
Visit our showroom with your riding glasses and gloves. We can help assess the AGV Pista GP fit or check the details of a replacement component before you choose.
