The AGV Horizon combines a full-face shell with a separate internal sun visor and double-D fastening. It is a model to assess as a complete road-riding setup, with particular attention to fit, changing light and replacement-part identification.
Thread and adjust the double-D strap as instructed, then check that the helmet remains stable when you look over your shoulder. Pressure should be even rather than concentrated at the forehead. Include your riding glasses in the fitting check.
The internal shade can be useful when moving between bright and shaded stretches, while the outer visor remains a separate component. Practise operating the shade when stationary and confirm that your eyewear leaves adequate clearance. Follow the markings on any tinted outer screen.
A crown pad and cheek pads support different areas of the head. Match a replacement to the Horizon and its stated size, not just the colour of the fabric. Cleaning and refitting should follow the model instructions so that padding sits correctly around the straps and vents.
Some visor families appear across several AGV models. Check the precise reference and fitment statement for the Horizon before ordering. The presence of another model in a shared collection or accessory title does not establish that every mechanism and lining part is shared.
Visit our showroom with your riding glasses and gloves. We can help assess the AGV Horizon fit or check the details of a replacement component before you choose.
