The original AGV Corsa combines a composite full-face shell with sports-oriented helmet features. Whether you are assessing its fit or replacing a worn component, start with the original Corsa identity and the condition of the complete helmet, not simply the appearance of a compatible-looking visor.
The Corsa’s manufacturer-supplied specification recorded by SHARP includes a composite shell, double-D retention, ventilation and removable comfort lining. It is a separate model from Corsa R. Later features, approval labels and interior designs should not be carried back to the original helmet without confirmation.
Try the fastened helmet for long enough to notice local pressure and check how steadily it follows your head. Look left, right and ahead in your usual riding posture. A replacement liner can refresh the comfort surface of a serviceable helmet, but it does not renew the protective shell or impact liner. An old helmet’s history and condition matter before spending money on cosmetic parts.
The images illustrate a clear screen, mounting mechanism and coloured screen associated with the Corsa range. Read the exact model list and part reference before ordering; Race family names alone are insufficient. Decide whether you need an outer screen, an internal anti-fog insert or a mechanism, as they solve different problems and are not normally the same item. Check any usage markings on a tinted or mirrored option.
A scratched screen and a damaged mounting assembly need different assessments. If a visor no longer moves or closes correctly, identify the cause rather than forcing it. Retain the original part information and ask for advice when a mechanism or fixing is unclear. Parts that happen to appear in the same collection should still be checked individually against the helmet and the manufacturer’s instructions.
Bring your helmet when identifying replacement parts, or visit our showroom with your usual glasses and riding jacket to compare the fit of a complete helmet. We can help separate the helmet, visor and interior choices.
