The AGV Compact is a modular road helmet with a lifting chin section, a micrometric fastener and a separate sun visor. For both choosing and maintaining one, correct fit and model-specific component matching are more useful than treating all GT2-labelled parts as equivalent.
The original Compact and Compact ST have related names, but separate model records and instructions. Use the label inside your helmet to identify it. A shared visor listing does not establish that every interior, vent or mechanism can be transferred between them.
The gallery shows clear, mirrored and tinted outer visors as separate replacement examples. Check the exact model and size compatibility for each finish. Establish whether a problem involves the screen, its mechanism or surrounding trim before ordering; a new shield will not repair a damaged mounting point.
Assess the helmet with its chin section properly closed and the strap secured. The micrometric buckle must be adjusted to hold the helmet firmly. Follow the Compact manual for chin-bar use and permitted riding configurations; an opening mechanism alone is not permission to ride with it raised.
Check the outer shield and internal shade independently for scratches and smooth movement. For an anti-fog insert, confirm the exact shield version and pin spacing. Replacement accessories should maintain the intended setup, not compensate for damage or an unsuitable helmet size.
Visit our showroom with your riding glasses and gloves. We can help assess the AGV Compact fit or check the details of a replacement component before you choose.
