Held Ladies Textile Trousers

Held ladies textile trousers should fit both your lower body and the way you ride. Compare waist, hip and inside-leg measurements alongside the position of knee protection. A trouser that looks the right length off the bike still needs checking with knees bent and boots in place.

Held Lonborg Base Adventure Ladies Textile Trouser Anthracite — Lonborg Base: an adventure touring cut.

Held Tropic 4 Base Sporty Mesh Ladies Textile Trouser Anthracite — Tropic 4 Base: a mesh trouser design.

Held Tamarack Base Ladies Textile Trouser Grey / Black — Tamarack Base: a separate laminated option.

Choose your weather arrangement

Touring, mesh and layered trousers solve different problems. Check the membrane construction, the insulation supplied and whether you need an additional rain layer. Tamarack Base is one example using a stretch ripstop laminate, with ladies sizes listed by Held. It is an illustration of one construction, not a description of every trouser here.

Place the knee protection correctly

Sit in your usual riding posture and assess where the knee inserts rest. Use only the adjustment system provided, and follow the model's instructions. Check hip comfort when bending and make sure the waistband stays secure without excessive pressure. Compare another length or cut if the protectors cannot be positioned appropriately.

Check the jacket and boot interfaces

Fasten the trousers to a compatible jacket where a connection is supplied. Test the lower leg with your boots, including any zip, gusset or cuff adjustment. Consider pocket access while seated and the space needed for seasonal layers. Wash and dry the garment as instructed, removing protection only where the care directions require it.
