SMK Typhoon Aerot GL545 Gloss Blue / Purple / Yellow Full-Face Helmet combines SMK's compact Typhoon shell with the Gloss Blue / Purple / Yellow GL545 finish. It is an ECE 22.06-approved full-face motorcycle helmet for sports touring, commuting and everyday road use, with a clear outer visor, internal sun visor and a practical quick-release retention system.

Designed for road riding and touring
The Typhoon's full-face layout and compact shell make it a versatile choice for daily journeys and longer rides. Air enters through the chin and top vents and is directed through the helmet's channelled ventilation system. The fitted clear visor is prepared for a compatible Pinlock 70 MaxVision insert, while the internal sun visor can be lowered when light conditions change.
The Aerot GL545 uses the same two-shell-size Typhoon platform as the rest of the current range. XS, S and M use the smaller shell; L, XL and XXL use the larger shell. This listing is offered only in those six adult sizes.

SMK Typhoon size and fit guide
Measure around the widest part of your head, passing above the eyebrows and ears. Use the measurement as a starting point and try the helmet on where possible. A correctly fitted helmet should feel evenly snug without pressure points and should not move independently when you turn your head.

Is the SMK Typhoon Aerot approved to ECE 22.06?
Yes. The current Typhoon specification is ECE 22.06 approved.
Does the helmet include a Pinlock insert?
No. The clear visor is Pinlock 70 MaxVision-ready, but the compatible anti-fog insert is sold separately.
Can a motorcycle intercom be fitted?
The liner includes speaker pockets for compatible intercom speakers. The intercom system itself is not supplied.
