Product Details
The Segura Robby is a men’s leather motorcycle jacket for riders who want classic roadster styling with high-level protection. Its black crystal cowhide shell, close Body Fit cut and understated topstitching give it a clean urban look, while Segura’s Class AAA garment certification makes the Robby a serious piece of protective riding equipment.
Segura positions the Robby for all-season use. It is best suited to road and urban riding where leather abrasion resistance, a fitted shape and everyday practicality matter more than touring-style weather protection.

Protection and construction
The Robby is certified to EN 17092-2 Class AAA, the highest protection class within the EN 17092 series for motorcycle garments. Removable Segura ALPHA armour is fitted at the shoulders and elbows and is certified to EN 1621-1 Level 1. The elbow-armour pockets are adjustable so the protectors can be positioned correctly over the joints.
A back-protector pocket is built into the jacket, but the back protector itself is not supplied. Choose a compatible CE-certified protector separately and check that it sits securely over the spine when the jacket is fastened.
Fit and comfort
Segura describes the Robby as Body Fit: a shaped, close-fitting cut rather than a relaxed straight fit. The brand advises choosing one size larger than usual where extra room is needed. Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape level and passing it beneath the armpits, then compare the result with the official table below. Take the measurement over the type of base layer you expect to wear on the bike.
The waist adjusters and zipped cuffs help refine the fit, while neoprene at the collar is intended to reduce rubbing. Four outer pockets, two inner pockets and a separate wallet pocket provide practical storage without changing the jacket’s clean silhouette.

Questions and answers
Is the Segura Robby a certified motorcycle jacket?
Yes. The complete garment is certified to EN 17092-2 Class AAA, with EN 1621-1 Level 1 ALPHA protectors at the shoulders and elbows.
Does it include a back protector?
No. It has a pocket for a compatible CE-certified back protector, which must be purchased separately.
Is the Robby waterproof?
Segura does not list a waterproof membrane for this model. For sustained wet-weather riding, use suitable additional rain protection.
How does the Robby fit?
It uses Segura’s slim Body Fit cut. Use your measured chest size as the starting point and consider the brand’s advice to move up a size if you need more room for layers or prefer a less close fit.
Moto Central fitting guidance
A protective leather jacket should feel close and secure without restricting steering movement. Check that the shoulder and elbow armour remains centred in a riding position, the sleeves cover the wrists, and the jacket can be fastened comfortably over your intended layers. Moto Central can help with sizing and compatible back-protector options in store.
