ROOF RO9 Boxxer 2 Carbon Wonder Flip-Up Motorcycle Helmet Pearl White combines ROOF's distinctive 180-degree rotating chin bar with an ECE 22.06-approved carbon and fibreglass composite shell. It can be worn in either full-face or open-face configuration under its P/J dual homologation, making it a versatile choice for commuting, touring, roadster and urban riding.
The Pearl White Wonder finish is paired with ROOF's automatic chin-bar locking system, adjustable interior and 50% solar visor. Starting from approximately 1,500 g when fully equipped, the Boxxer 2 Carbon is designed to deliver modular convenience without the bulk associated with many flip-up helmets.

180-degree modular design
The chin bar rotates fully to the rear of the shell, avoiding the top-heavy shape of a conventional raised flip-front. ROOF's patented FlexLocker system can secure the chin bar in the open position. Closing it against the front of the helmet engages the automatic lock, while the sequential two-stage release can be operated with one hand.
Visor, airflow and visibility
The supplied 50% solar visor is treated for scratch and mist resistance and naturally filters 99% of ultraviolet light. It can be operated independently of the chin bar and is designed to provide a broad field of view. Five air intakes and three rear extractors manage airflow through the helmet, while the removable windguard helps limit air entering from below.
RO9 clear, tinted, iridium and photochromic visors are available separately. The photochromic visor is not included. Always choose a visor suitable for the light conditions and applicable road-use requirements.
Comfort and intercom preparation
The lining is removable, washable and adjustable, with breathable Quick Dry fabric and an antibacterial treatment. Additional fitting pads are supplied for the side pockets inside the liner, and alternative cheek-pad thicknesses are available separately. Dedicated removable foam areas provide space for intercom speakers, microphone and battery. A boom microphone is normally the appropriate choice for this open-face and full-face design.

ROOF helmet size guide
Measure around the widest part of your head, approximately 2 cm above the eyebrows, passing above the ears and around the back of the skull. The helmet should feel firm and even without painful pressure points or movement when you turn your head.

No. The helmet is prepared for a separately purchased universal motorcycle intercom, with removable foam sections for the components.
