The Riderr TwinVolt is a permanently mounted two-way motorcycle charging system. While riding, it can power compatible phones, navigation devices and other electronics through its USB-C and USB-A ports. When the motorcycle is parked with the ignition off, the USB-C port can accept power from a suitable external charger or power bank to charge and maintain the motorcycle battery.
Its compact charging head can be installed using the supplied handlebar or mirror mounting equipment. A digital display shows battery voltage and indicates whether power is flowing into or out of the system.

Battery compatibility
The Riderr instruction manual specifies the TwinVolt for 12V lead-acid motorcycle batteries, including maintenance-free and AGM types, and 12V LiFePO4 lithium iron phosphate batteries. It must not be used with unsupported battery voltages or chemistries.
USB charging
The USB-C connection supports modern fast-charging standards and can deliver up to 100W when the motorcycle electrical system, connected device and cable all support the required power. The USB-A connection supports compatible fast-charging protocols for a second device. Maximum output is reduced when both ports are used together.
For the best external battery-charging performance, Riderr specifies a USB-C power source of at least 100W and a 5A-capable USB-C cable shorter than one metre. Actual charging performance depends on the power source, cable, connected device and battery condition.
Installation and supplied equipment
The kit includes the charging head, power module, connecting wiring, extension lead, handlebar mount, mirror mount, hex key, cable ties and fuse. Installation requires direct battery connections plus an ACC-switched connection. Follow the supplied manual carefully, observe the correct polarity and keep the power module away from engine heat.
Connect and secure the weather-resistant cable plugs before making the battery connection. Do not connect or disconnect plugs while power is flowing, and close the protective port cover before washing the motorcycle.

Can TwinVolt charge the motorcycle battery?
Yes. With the ignition off, a suitable external USB-C charger or power bank can feed power through the USB-C port to a compatible 12V motorcycle battery.
Can it charge devices while riding?
Yes. With the ignition on, the USB-C and USB-A ports can power compatible devices. When using high-power equipment, keep the engine running to avoid discharging the motorcycle battery.
Is the system waterproof?
It carries an IP66 rating when correctly installed and used within its stated limits. The protective cover should still be closed before washing the motorcycle.
