Its welded construction combines a heavy-duty 1000D PVC tarpaulin underside with a more flexible 500D PVC roll-top section, while a removable semi-rigid EVA base helps the bag hold its shape.
A large opening makes the 50-litre main compartment straightforward to pack. Hook-and-loop tabs hold the sides together while the closure is rolled to Oxford's marked roll line, and the front air-release valve helps expel trapped air as the load is compressed. Waterproof closure
Oxford describes the main compartment as 100% waterproof when the roll top is closed correctly. Bring the sides together with the hook-and-loop fastening, roll the closure down to the marked roll line and secure all four points. No IP or submersion rating is stated.
