Compatibility
- Fits: LS2 FF818 Storm III, the KPA, ECE 22.06 helmet generation.
- Visor system: FF818-specific 806818VIS outer-visor family. This gold-mirrored version is reference 806818VIS19.
- Helmet shell groups: the Storm III is produced in three shell groups: 2XS-S, M-L and XL-3XL. LS2 lists one 806818VIS19 accessory reference for the FF818 and does not publish separate shell-group versions. Match the reference and visor mechanism to the original before fitting.
- Does not fit: the earlier FF800 Storm or FF800 Storm II. Those generations use the different 800320VIS outer-visor system and 800400020 Pinlock insert.
Outer Visor, Sun Visor and Pinlock Identification
This is the helmet's main external face shield. It is not the internal drop-down sun visor, which LS2 lists separately as 806807SVI11, and it is not a Pinlock insert.
The FF818 Storm III uses the separate 800400014 Pinlock 70 Max Vision anti-fog insert. That insert fits inside a compatible Pinlock-ready outer visor. A Pinlock insert is not a replacement visor, and it is not included with this spare outer visor unless specifically shown or stated.
The Iridium Gold mirrored coating is more delicate than an uncoated clear visor. Clean gently with water and a soft cloth, and avoid abrasive cleaners or rubbing trapped dirt across the surface.
Check the exact LS2 reference before ordering, especially when distinguishing the FF818 Storm III from the similarly named FF800 Storm and Storm II.
