Is the Held Hakuna Matata 3 Top waterproof?
The supplied Sympatex membrane is waterproof, windproof and breathable. It must be configured inside or over the jacket for wet-weather protection. The outer shell on its own is not described by Held as waterproof.
Can the membrane be worn separately?
Yes. Held states that it can be attached inside the jacket, worn over the jacket or used as a standalone rain jacket.
Which protectors are included?
Level 2 D3O T5 EvoProX shoulder and elbow protectors are included. The back and chest protectors are optional extras.
What safety class is the jacket?
It is certified to EN 17092:2020 Class AA.
Does it include a thermal liner?
No thermal liner is listed as supplied. The removable Sympatex layer is a weatherproof membrane, not a thermal layer.
What does eVest ready mean?
