The Held Grind 2, named the Grind II by Held, is a men’s leather motorcycle trouser for sporty road riding. This Black colourway is Held colour code 01. It uses soft 1.1 to 1.3 mm cowhide, a breathable polyester mesh lining and stretch panels to combine abrasion-resistant leather construction with the movement needed in a riding position.
The complete garment is certified to EN 17092-4:2020 Class A. Level 2 SAS-TEC knee and hip protectors are included, with additional hard-shell knee protection and supplied knee sliders.
Who are these trousers for?
The Grind 2 is intended for riders who want a sporty leather trouser for warmer spring, summer and autumn use. Zipped ventilation, leather stretch and aramid stretch improve comfort on the bike, while the connecting zips make the trousers especially relevant to riders pairing them with a compatible Held leather jacket such as the Safer II.
Held specifies no waterproof membrane and classifies the trousers as not waterproof. Choose separate rain protection if wet-weather riding is expected.

No. Held specifies no membrane and states that the Grind II is not waterproof.
What armour is included?
Level 2 SAS-TEC 3D protectors are included at the knees and hips. The knees also have external hard-shell protection. Coccyx reinforcement is optional.
What does the Class A rating mean?
