The Dainese Springbok 3L Absoluteshell All Weather Textile Jacket in Iron-Gate Grey is a four-season adventure and touring jacket designed for long road rides, mixed-weather use and demanding off-road trips. Its three-layer system gives riders flexibility across different conditions, with an outer jacket, removable Absoluteshell waterproof lining and separate padded thermal layer.
The Springbok 3L is built from durable Duratex fabric and flexible Mugello fabric, with cowhide suede inserts on the shoulders and elbows. It is EN 17092 AA certified and includes Pro-Armor Level 2 protectors at the shoulders and elbows, with pockets for optional G1 or G2 back protection and Pro-Armor chest protection.
Protection and construction
Pro-Armor protectors certified to EN 1621.1 Level 2 are fitted at the shoulders and elbows. Reinforced cowhide suede inserts add protection and style at key impact areas, while the jacket is prepared for optional back and chest protection upgrades.
Weather, ventilation and comfort
The removable Absoluteshell waterproof membrane helps protect against rain, while the removable thermal liner adds insulation and can be used separately. Large ventilation panels on the chest, back and sleeves help airflow in warmer conditions, and the breathable mesh lining supports comfort during long rides.
