The Dainese Misano 3 D-air Perforated One-Piece Leather Suit is a men’s track-focused race suit combining D-Skin 2.0 full-grain cowhide with the integrated D-air Racing Shield 3X electronic airbag. This Black / Anthracite / Fluo Yellow version is built for riders who want Dainese’s highest AAA garment classification, high mobility in a racing position and localised ventilation for warm track sessions.

D-air Racing Shield 3X airbag system
The integrated Racing Shield airbag uses Dainese’s patented microfilament construction and is designed to cover the neck, collarbone and shoulder area during a qualifying track incident. The system supports up to three activations. Its FRS gas generator can be removed and replaced by the owner after a deployment, while the suit requires Dainese inspection and airbag service after the third activation.

How to measure: measure the chest at its fullest point, the waist just above the iliac crest, the hips around their widest point and the inseam from the crotch to the floor. Arm length runs from the shoulder point to the wrist with the arm relaxed.
A one-piece racing suit is pre-curved for the riding position and may feel restrictive when standing upright. Check the fit while seated in a racing posture and wear the undersuit, boots, gloves and separate back or chest protection you intend to use.

Common questions
Is the Misano 3 intended for track riding?
Yes. Its pre-curved one-piece construction, aerodynamic hump, sliders and D-air Racing algorithm are designed around performance riding on track.
Does the airbag work straight from the box?
No. The D-air system must be registered and configured before use. Follow the current Dainese setup instructions and user manual supplied for the system.
Can the suit be used after the airbag deploys?
The FRS generator is replaceable and the Racing Shield system supports up to three activations. Inspect the suit after any incident and follow Dainese’s service instructions. After the third activation, the airbag requires Dainese servicing.
Are the hydration system and racing boots included?
No. Dainese lists compatible hydration and boot systems separately.
