Arai Tour-X5 VAS-A Visor Holder / Side-Pod Set - Diamond White
Genuine Arai replacement left and right external visor-holder side pods for the Tour-X5 VAS-A shield system, finished in Diamond White. The holders cover the visor base plates and provide the correct removable outer side pieces for the Tour-X5 visor assembly. Arai reference 400784WHI02-ONE.
Compatibility
- Compatible helmet: Arai Tour-X5, ECE 22.06 generation.
- Visor system: Designed specifically for the Tour-X5 VAS-A system and its VAS-A Max Vision outer shield.
- Helmet sizes and shell groups: One unsized holder set is supplied for the documented Tour-X5 size range, XS-XL. Selection is by helmet model, visor system and colour finish, not helmet size or outer-shell group.
- Generation warning: The earlier Tour-X4 uses the different TX BV visor system. Do not use this Tour-X5 VAS-A holder set on a Tour-X4 or other Arai helmet family.
- Component type: These are the removable external side pods that fit over the visor base plates. They are not the base plates or visor mechanism, peak pressure plates, peak screws, adventure peak, external face shield or Pinlock insert.
- Colour note: Diamond White describes the external finish only and does not change fitment.
Fitting
Raise the outer shield fully. Release each side pod using the lever at its lower front edge, then slide the pod down and away from the base plate. To refit, align the lower and rear edges over the base plate, engage the pod and push it upwards at the three-stripe marks until secure. Check both sides are firmly engaged and that the shield opens, closes and locks correctly before riding.
