THOR gloves cover a wide choice of motocross and off-road designs for adult, ladies and youth riders. The collection includes Spectrum, Sportmode, Launchmode, Ridemode, Rebound, Mainstay and Terrain families, with different palm treatments, cuff constructions and levels of upper-hand coverage.
Moto Central stocks these gloves alongside THOR jerseys, pants, helmets and boots. Comparing the whole range in one place helps you choose by fit and riding conditions, rather than assuming every graphic belongs to the same glove specification.
Off-road gloves need to let you operate the throttle, clutch, brake and switches without excess material bunching in the palm. Measure around the widest part of the hand and use the chart for the relevant adult, ladies or youth product. The fingertips should reach the ends without being compressed, and the cuff should remain secure when you flex your wrist.
Try the gloves in a riding position if possible. A glove that feels acceptable with a flat hand can pull across the knuckles or form a palm crease once you close your grip. If you sit between sizes, compare the measurements and construction of another THOR family rather than relying on stretch to correct the fit.
Product names identify meaningful differences. Spectrum, Launchmode, Sportmode and Ridemode are offered in multiple graphics and rider categories, while Terrain is aimed at a different part of the off-road range. Selected products may use direct-injected upper-hand elements, padded palms, touchscreen-compatible fingertips or other model-specific details.
For warm, active riding, look at the exact ventilation and fabric description. For trail riding in cooler or changeable weather, compare coverage and any weather-focused construction stated for that product. A graphic or colour name does not prove a glove is waterproof, and a cold-weather version should not be confused with the standard glove carrying a similar family name.
Grip treatments and touchscreen claims also vary. THOR currently lists touchscreen-compatible fingertips and direct-injected TPR elements on specific Spectrum products, but these features should not be applied to every glove in the collection. Check the product description for the precise pair you are considering.
THOR glove graphics can be paired with the brand's racewear, but fit remains the priority. Check that jersey cuffs do not create pressure beneath the glove and that any wrist brace or body protection can move freely. Browse the broader motocross gear collection if you want to compare THOR with other off-road brands.
After riding, shake out loose dirt and follow the care label. Avoid placing gloves on direct heat, which can affect some fabrics, prints and closures. Inspect the palms, seams and cuffs regularly, replacing the gloves if wear could interfere with grip or retention.
No universal certification should be assumed. Check the exact product listing and labelling for its intended use and conformity information.
No. Upper-hand coverage varies by family. Some products use flexible injected elements, while others are lighter and more minimal.
Use hand measurements, not age alone. Compare them with the youth size chart and make sure the rider can operate every control comfortably.
No. Adult, ladies, youth and cold-weather Spectrum versions may differ. Match the complete product name, size chart and specification.
