Shot Jackets is a small, specialist off-road collection rather than a range of conventional road motorcycle jackets. It currently combines three enduro-style outer jackets with the Airlight 2.0 Youth protective jacket, which is body protection worn close to the rider rather than a weather shell. Check the intended job of each product before comparing features.
Hurricane Defender, Flexor Advance and Contact are off-road outer jackets. They are intended to sit over riding kit and must be assessed for ventilation, sleeve arrangement, pocket access and weather resistance model by model. Shot lists the Contact with removable sleeves, adjustable cuffs, chest vents and a waterproof main zip.
The Airlight 2.0 Youth protective jacket belongs with body armour. It is not interchangeable with an enduro shell, does not provide the same weather coverage and should be sized so its protective zones remain correctly positioned beneath compatible riding clothing.
Moto Central keeps the four live products together while making the body-armour crossover clear. That lets riders compare the three outer jackets without treating the Airlight 2.0 Youth as an equivalent shell, then move directly to Shot armour, boots and the wider off-road range when building a complete kit.
Remove loose mud before washing and follow the product care label. Close zips and fastenings, detach sleeves or armour only where the instructions allow it, and dry garments naturally away from direct heat. Check seams, closures and protective components before the next ride.
No. It is a youth protective jacket intended to provide body protection beneath suitable riding layers.
No range-wide waterproof claim should be made. Check the exact shell, seam and closure information for the model you are considering.
Yes, when the sizing and cut allow it. Test the complete combination so the outer layer does not displace armour or restrict control movement.
