Premier spare parts let you address specific wear in a helmet's comfort lining, visor mechanism or exterior fittings. The range spans different generations and styles, so identifying the exact component matters more than finding a similar shape. Start with the helmet label, the existing part and a clear description of the problem.
A complete inner lining and a pair of cheek pads are different items. Premier's own sizing guide shows that size-to-head-measurement relationships vary across model families, reinforcing the need to use the correct model and size when selecting an interior. Keep any label from the original padding and check what a replacement set contains before ordering.
Premier separates visor-mechanism kits, ventilation kits, peaks and spoilers in its accessories catalogue. Its JT5 mechanism kit, for instance, has its own reference, XMECV0069. Match the assembly first and the colour or graphic second. Do not treat a vent cover as the complete ventilation assembly, or assume the screws shown beside another part are included.
Premier describes removable interiors that can be washed with lukewarm water and mild soap. Check the instructions for your helmet before removing or washing its padding. Cleaning can refresh sound materials, but it does not repair broken clips, worn foam or damaged mounting points. Keep the helmet's condition in view rather than replacing cosmetic parts in isolation.
After an authorised replacement, check the surrounding parts as well as the new item: padding should sit correctly, visor movement should be even and external fittings should be secure. Use the model's instructions rather than improvising a fitting method. Bring the helmet or photographs of its label and the removed part to Moto Central if identification is uncertain; avoid ordering by colour alone or forcing a near match.
Bring your helmet and the old part, or clear photographs of its label and fittings, to our showroom. We can help identify the component and check the model details before you choose.
