Moose Racing gloves at Moto Central currently span MX1, MX2, SX1 and XC1 model families, with separate adult and youth SX1 listings. The range is primarily lightweight off-road textile equipment, but model names, generations and colourways should not be treated as technically identical. Choose by fit and the exact product specification before choosing a graphic.

Black Moose Racing SX1 adult textile gloves — **SX1 adult:** available in several colourways, with adult sizing that should not be inferred from the youth version.

Orange and green Moose Racing SX1 youth textile gloves — **SX1 youth:** a dedicated youth listing for smaller hands and control reach.

Black Moose Racing XC1 textile gloves — **XC1:** a separate model family whose palm, cuff and coverage should be checked on its own listing.

Understanding the Moose Racing glove range

MX1 and MX2

These are distinct product families and generations. Compare the complete listing, available size and construction instead of assuming MX2 is simply a colour update to MX1.

SX1 adult

Several adult colourways are available. Matching a jersey or trousers is useful for coordination, but the glove must first fit the rider’s fingers, palm and wrist correctly.

SX1 youth

Youth products use their own size run. Select from hand measurements and confirm that the child can use the throttle, levers and switches without excess material.

XC1

XC1 should be assessed as its own model rather than having MX1 or SX1 claims applied to it. Check the individual product page for the features important to the ride.

How Moose Racing gloves should fit

A close off-road fit supports control, but tightness across the knuckles or fingertips can become uncomfortable once the hand is wrapped around the bar. Measure the dominant hand using the relevant chart and test the glove in a riding position.

Fingers should reach the ends without compression or loose tips.
The palm should remain smooth around the grip rather than folding beneath it.
The thumb must move freely between the bar and controls.
The wrist fastening should close securely and retain the glove during a firm pull.
Youth sizing should never be selected from age alone.

Protection, weather and intended use

Lightweight motocross gloves commonly prioritise flexibility and bar feel. Do not assume every Moose Racing model is waterproof, insulated, road-certified or fitted with the same knuckle and palm protection. Confirm those details on the exact listing if they are required.

Use the right glove for the route: an off-road textile glove and a road glove answer different needs. Riders covering public-road miles should verify intended use, cuff retention and any required certification.

Care after off-road riding

Remove loose dirt and follow the product’s material-care instructions. Fasten closures before washing when directed and allow the gloves to dry naturally away from direct heat. A torn palm, failed seam or ineffective wrist closure is a reason to replace the glove.

Why buy Moose Racing gloves from Moto Central?

The live collection makes it possible to compare MX1, MX2, SX1, youth SX1 and XC1 options without presenting them as one specification. Riders can coordinate them with Moose Racing jerseys and Moose Racing pants, or compare the complete Moose Racing collection.

Customer questions

Are MX1, MX2 and SX1 the same glove?

No. They are separate model families. Check the specification and size availability for the exact listing.

Can adults and children use the same SX1 size chart?

Do not assume so. Adult and youth SX1 products are listed separately and should be measured against the relevant chart.

Are Moose Racing gloves waterproof?

Waterproofing is not a collection-wide claim. Check the exact model if wet-weather protection is required.

Can these gloves be used on the road?

Only after checking the product’s intended use and any certification needed for the journey.
