This collection contains replacement parts for the Icon Variant Pro helmet, not complete helmets. Current products include Precision Optics outer visors, graphic-specific peaks, a shield pivot kit, a forehead-vent switch and HydraDry interior liner sets in different fit options.

Variant Pro parts should not be assumed to fit the original Variant. Match the exact model name, component type, colour or graphic and size information before ordering.

Icon Variant Pro Precision Optics RST red outer visor — RST red Precision Optics outer visor for the Icon Variant Pro.

Rubatone black replacement peak for Icon Variant Pro helmet — Rubatone black replacement peak; other peaks are matched to specific graphics.

Icon Variant Pro HydraDry standard-fit interior liner set — HydraDry standard-fit liner set, one of several fit and size options in the collection.

Outer visors and pivot parts

The RST red and RST silver products are Precision Optics outer visors for the Variant Pro. Confirm the visor name and helmet generation before removing the existing shield. The black shield pivot kit replaces mechanism hardware; fit both sides as instructed and check that the visor moves freely, closes evenly and seals correctly.

Visibility note: coloured and mirrored visors are intended for suitable light conditions. Check the visor's road marking and keep an appropriate clear option available for darkness or poor visibility.

Choosing a replacement peak

Peaks in this collection include Rubatone Black, Totem, Hello Sunshine, Quicksilver and Ascension finishes. They share the Variant Pro model designation, but the colours and graphics are designed to match particular helmet versions. Compare the product image and title with the original peak before ordering.

When fitting a peak, reuse hardware only if it is undamaged and specified for the part. Tighten fasteners evenly without forcing them, then confirm the peak is secure and does not interfere with visor movement.

HydraDry liner fit and sizing

The listed interior sets are described as Tight Fit, Standard Fit and Loose Fit, with size variants shown on their product pages. These options are intended to tune the helmet's internal fit, not to make an incorrect shell size suitable. Match the helmet size and liner designation exactly and retain the original liner until the replacement has been checked.

Confirm the size label inside the helmet before ordering.
Ensure every press stud or fixing point is fully engaged.
Check that the liner does not cover ventilation channels.
Reassess crown pressure, cheek contact and roll-off security after fitting.
Do not use a liner that is damaged, incorrectly seated or incompatible.

Small external components

The Variant Pro forehead-vent switch is a model-specific replacement for the exterior control. Compare it with the existing component and follow the helmet manual. If surrounding shell or vent parts are cracked or distorted, replacing only the switch may not resolve the problem.

Care

Use water and a soft cloth on visor exteriors unless the supplied instructions say otherwise, and avoid solvents or abrasive products. Wash removable HydraDry parts only as directed and let them air-dry fully away from direct heat before refitting.

Why buy Icon Variant Pro parts from Moto Central?

Customer questions

Does this collection include complete Variant Pro helmets?

No. It currently contains replacement visors, peaks, mechanism parts, a vent switch and interior liner sets.

Will Variant Pro parts fit the original Icon Variant?

Do not assume they will. Variant and Variant Pro are separate generations, so use the exact model designation in the product title.

Which HydraDry liner should I choose?

Match both the helmet size and the Tight, Standard or Loose Fit designation shown on the product page. A liner should fine-tune fit, not compensate for the wrong shell size.

Can I ride at night with an RST visor?

Use a visor suitable and legally marked for the conditions. A tinted or mirrored visor can reduce light transmission, so keep a suitable clear option for darkness and poor visibility.
