Regular-leg motorcycle trousers offer a brand's standard length option across riding jeans, leather and textile designs. Regular does not describe your height or guarantee a particular inseam. Start with measurements, then assess the garment in the posture you use on the bike.

Separate waist and leg sizing
RST publishes separate leg-length choices in its sizing guidance. The same principle matters when comparing brands: identify the waist measurement and inseam applicable to the specific product. A familiar casual-trouser size is a starting point, not proof that knee armour will sit correctly.
Look at movement
Sit, bend your knees and reach forward as you would when riding. The waistband should remain comfortable and the hems should work with your boots. Check for tightness behind the knees and excess material beneath the seat, particularly with thermal liners or base layers fitted.
Know when to try another length
If the waist and hips fit but the hems or knee protection do not, compare a short or long version rather than changing the whole size. Use any armour adjustment only as the manufacturer intends. Regular-leg images illustrate garment styles; confirm the chosen variant before ordering.
