Held women's motorcycle clothing at Moto Central includes textile and leather jackets, waterproof and ventilated trousers, one-piece suits, gloves, base layers, rainwear and other women-specific riding kit. The range uses dedicated size and fit options across several product families rather than simply presenting smaller versions of one men's garment.
Choose by the same fundamentals that apply to any protective kit: riding conditions, garment class, armour position, material and compatibility. A women-specific label describes the intended proportions, but individual body shape, torso length, leg length and hand measurements still decide whether a particular Held model fits correctly.

Textile jackets
Held women's textile jackets include waterproof touring, adventure, mesh summer and over-jacket options. Membrane position, ventilation and supplied armour vary by model.
Textile trousers
Held women's textile trousers cover matching touring and adventure garments, summer mesh choices and other road-focused designs with different leg and protector arrangements.
Leather jackets
Held women's leather jackets range from sport cuts to road and touring styles. Check leather construction, garment class, armour and matching trouser compatibility.
Leather trousers and suits
Compare Held women's leather trousers with Held women's one-piece suits. A suit adds torso-length and full-body fit considerations beyond separate garments.
Gloves and control fit
The main Held gloves collection includes women-specific versions alongside regular, short-finger and long-finger options on selected models. Measure both hand circumference and finger length.
Layers and armour
Held base layers include women-specific tops, leggings and one-piece undersuits. Use Held body armour for product-compatible protectors and airbag systems.
How to fit a women's motorcycle jacket
Start with bust, waist and hip measurements, but also check shoulder width, back length and sleeve reach. With hands on the bars, the shoulders should move freely, the collar should not press into the throat, and the sleeves should meet the gloves without pulling the elbow protectors away from the joints.
Fasten all adjusters and inspect the armour. Shoulder cups should remain over the shoulder heads and elbow protectors should cover the elbows with arms bent. If the waist fits but the shoulders or sleeves do not, a different model or proportion is usually a better answer than extreme adjustment.
How to fit women's trousers and jeans
Measure waist, hips and inside leg, then sit with knees bent. Knee armour needs to remain centred, the waistband should maintain useful lower-back coverage, and the thighs and hips need enough room for protectors without allowing them to rotate.
For denim-style riding kit, compare the dedicated Held motorcycle jeans range. Protective classes, reinforcement, rise and included hip armour vary, so a casual appearance should not be used to infer the specification.
Torso length
Especially with a one-piece suit, torso length can determine whether the garment works. A suit that is too short can pull at the shoulders and crotch even when chest and waist measurements appear correct.
Hip and thigh room
Allow space for protectors and movement without leaving the garment loose. Check that the hip armour stays over the joint and that the knee can bend fully.
Sleeve and leg length
Assess length on the motorcycle or in a realistic riding posture. Gloves and Held motorcycle boots should overlap the clothing without large gaps or bulky folds.
Base layers
Wear the layers intended for the season during fitting. A thin summer layer and insulated winter layer occupy different space and can change both comfort and armour position.
Choose by weather and riding style
For touring and commuting in changeable conditions, inspect the exact waterproof membrane or laminate, vent layout, thermal layer and cuff closures. A waterproof product title is useful, but pocket waterproofing and layer construction remain model-specific.
For warm weather, women-specific mesh jackets and trousers improve direct airflow but are not waterproof unless the product explicitly provides a separate weather solution. For sport and track riding, a leather suit or close two-piece combination should hold its armour securely through the full riding tuck.
Women-specific gloves need the same careful comparison. Air n Dry II combines two hand chambers, while lighter summer and sport gloves use different materials and cuff designs. A nominal size alone cannot correct fingers that are too long or a palm that is too wide.
Protection and compatibility
Check the EN 17092 garment class and every supplied protector on the exact product. Some Held jackets include shoulder and elbow armour but leave back or chest protection optional. Trousers may include knee armour while hip protection is optional, and the level can differ between models.
Connection zips, Held Clip-in garments and airbag compatibility are also product-specific. Confirm both sides of a jacket and trouser pairing, and follow Held's space and compatibility guidance for any electronic airbag vest.
Why compare Held women's clothing at Moto Central?
Moto Central brings Held's women-specific jackets, trousers, suits, gloves and layers together while keeping the focused subcollections easy to reach. Product pages show live sizes, colours and model-specific specifications, and the team can help identify whether a problem comes from the nominal size, garment proportion or armour adjustment.
This makes it possible to build a coordinated kit without assuming that every women-specific garment shares one cut, weather system or protection package.
Customer questions
Should I choose the same size in every Held women's garment?
Not automatically. Leather, textile, denim, base layers and one-piece suits use different cuts and size systems. Measure and use the exact product chart.
Are all Held women's jackets waterproof?
No. Some have a stated membrane or laminate, while mesh and leather models may be non-waterproof. Check the individual listing.
How do I know whether the knee armour is correctly positioned?
It should stay centred over the knee when seated with the leg bent. Use the height adjustment where provided and recheck both legs with boots on.
Can a women-specific jacket connect to any Held trousers?
Not necessarily. Connection zip type and length vary, so confirm that the intended jacket and trousers are compatible.
Do women-specific Held gloves use different sizing?
They use their own listed size options, and selected gloves also offer short or long fingers. Measure circumference and hand length instead of converting from a men's label.
