Both are certified motorcycle footwear, but Fuel's own declarations record different EN 13634 performance codes and size ranges. • Dust Devil: Fuel's certification record covers sizes 37 to 48 and gives the code 2-2-1-1 IPS IPA WR.
• Rally Raid: the declaration covers sizes 38 to 47 and gives the code 2-1-2-2 IPS IPA WR.
• Read the full marking: the four core numbers relate to boot height and tested resistance properties. IPS and IPA record optional shin and ankle impact testing, while WR records optional water-resistance testing.

A higher number in one part of the code does not automatically make a boot the better choice for every rider. Fit, movement on the controls, boot height and the intended journeys still matter.
