Motorcycle Two Piece Suits
2 products
Showing 1 - 2 of 2 products
Moto Central's motorcycle two-piece suit collection currently combines connected leather jacket-and-trouser suits with two-piece waterproof outer sets. Most listings are sports leathers from Dainese and REV'IT!, while the Fuel and Tucano Urbano products are rain layers.
A protective two-piece suit offers the convenience of separate garments while retaining a full joining zip for use together. A waterproof jacket-and-trouser set goes over protective kit and should not be treated as having the same construction, armour or certification as leather racewear.

Leather two-piece suits
Connected leathers can suit fast road riding and track use where the organiser permits them. The jacket and trousers should be joined using the full connection zip specified by the manufacturer. Check track-day rules before travelling, because some organisers or groups may require a one-piece suit.
REV'IT! describes the Beta 2 as using perforated leather, stretch panels and airbag preparation, with a larger size advised when using the compatible airbag. Those points apply to that suit only. Other models use their own leather, armour, ventilation and airbag arrangements.
Two-piece rain suits
The Fuel Rainer and Tucano Urbano Diluvio Start are waterproof outer sets rather than protective leather suits. Size them over the jacket, trousers and layers you expect to wear. Check that the waist overlap, cuffs and ankle closures remain covered while seated, and that excess material cannot flap or catch.
Certification check: EN 17092 covers one- and two-piece protective motorcycle garments. Verify the garment class and supplied protector levels on the individual leather-suit listing. Do not transfer that information to a rain layer unless its own specification states it.
How to fit a two-piece leather suit
Measure both garments
Use chest, waist, hip, inseam and height measurements. Confirm whether the jacket and trousers are supplied in one matched size or allow separate sizing.
Zip the suit together
Assess the fit with the connection zip fully closed. It must not pull painfully at the waist or separate when you lean forwards and reach for the bars.
Check protector positions
Shoulder, elbow, hip and knee protectors should remain centred as you move between upright and crouched riding positions.
Add the intended protection
Try the suit with the back protector, chest protection or compatible airbag system you will use. Allowance must follow the suit manufacturer's instructions.
Practical details to compare
Road or track emphasis
Compare the cut, ventilation, sliders and external protection with your actual riding. A feature useful on track may not improve everyday comfort.
Boot and glove interface
Check sleeve cuffs beneath gauntlet gloves and the trouser leg with the intended boots. Dainese in-boot systems require the matching footwear arrangement.
Using pieces separately
A jacket may be convenient away from the bike, but confirm that each garment remains suitable for the intended ride when it is not connected.
Care and storage
Follow each care label. Dry rainwear naturally and use suitable leather cleaning and conditioning products for protective suits.
Why buy a two-piece suit from Moto Central?
The current collection is compact enough to compare every listing directly. Moto Central can help distinguish connected leathers from waterproof outer sets, assess riding-position fit and check how the chosen suit works with boots, gloves and additional protection, including at the Wolvey showroom.
Motorcycle two-piece suit questions
Can I use a two-piece suit on a track day?
Some organisers accept fully zipped leather suits and others require one-piece leathers. Check the current rules for your organiser and riding group.
Are the rain sets protective suits?
No. They are weather layers intended to be worn over suitable protective motorcycle clothing.
Does every leather suit support an airbag?
No. Compatibility and sizing allowance are model-specific, so follow the exact manufacturer's instructions.
Should the jacket and trousers be zipped together?
For the protective ensemble intended by the manufacturer, use the complete joining zip whenever the garments are designed to work as a suit.
