Choose the correct XTM protectors
Knee and hip inserts
Choose the protector by body area and check the pocket shape. Knee protectors may also need height adjustment inside the garment so they sit over the kneecap in a riding position.
Elbow and shoulder inserts
These inserts are listed for elbow or shoulder use, but the garment pocket must hold them securely over the joint without uncomfortable edges or unwanted movement.
Trouser protector sets

Replacement is product-specific
An armour insert should not be cut, folded or forced into an unsuitable pocket. If the original protector is available, compare its outline and dimensions before replacing it.
