ROK Straps help secure luggage to a motorcycle using a combination of adjustable webbing and a stretch section. The loop-and-buckle design of the motorcycle straps gives you a way to fasten a bag without open hooks. Choose the strap for the load and mounting route, with enough adjustment to hold the packed bag firmly.

How the adjustable strap works
The two sections attach to suitable points on the motorcycle and buckle together over the luggage. The webbing sets the working length, while the elastic section supplies tension. ROK's fitting guide calls for two complete straps on a bag, positioned to hold it in two places. This is useful when planning how a dry bag, roll bag or camping load will sit on the rear seat or rack.
Choose the size for the route
Motorcycle and Pack straps differ in width, adjustment range and stated load capability. Measure the route around the luggage and its anchor points, allowing room for the buckle. Check the specification and pack quantity of the exact item, particularly when comparing adjustable and other strap styles.
Set firm, controlled tension
For the adjustable motorcycle straps covered by ROK's guide, loop around solid anchors, connect the buckle and tighten until the elastic is firm. The manufacturer specifies no more than 50% stretch. Keep the buckle off painted surfaces where possible and secure the spare webbing so it cannot trail.
Check the load as a whole
Straps are only one part of a luggage setup. The rack, anchor points and motorcycle still need to support the load within their own limits. A strap's rating does not increase the permitted weight of a carrier. Pack with a stable base and check that the bag cannot slide into a position where it interferes with the wheel, suspension, exhaust or lights.
Inspect straps and buckles for wear and damage before use, and recheck the load after it has settled during a journey. If you need a bag as well as the fastening, explore motorcycle luggage and consider the packed dimensions together. Colour and reflective details can help you identify a preferred version, but size and attachment are the first decisions.
Plan the load before choosing straps
Tell Moto Central what you want to carry and where you intend to attach it. Having the bag dimensions and rack details to hand makes comparing ROK strap sizes more useful.
