Quiklox

Quiklox by Interphone is a modular phone-mounting range for motorcycles, scooters and other vehicles. Moto Central's collection includes device-specific Tetra cases, universal Crab holders, waterproof hard cases, handlebar and mirror fittings, brake-reservoir and clutch mounts, fork-stem and riser options, an adaptor for compatible BMW Navigator preparations, vibration-control parts and replacement accessories.

A Quiklox setup is assembled from a phone interface and a suitable mounting point. Some products combine both parts in one kit, while others are only a case, holder, bracket or adaptor. Matching the phone, interface and motorcycle fixing before ordering is more important than choosing by appearance alone.

Build the right Quiklox setup

Fitting and compatibility guidance

Start by deciding whether a dedicated case, a universal open holder or a weather-covered hard case best suits the phone. Measure the device with the case you normally use and allow for charging cables, camera lenses and side buttons. A nominal screen size alone does not confirm that a phone will fit inside a 6.5, 6.9 or 7-inch case.

Next, choose a position that keeps the display useful without covering the speedometer, warning lights or road ahead. Turn the bars fully left and right while the motorcycle is stationary, checking clearance from the tank, screen, controls and cables. Interphone lists its current Quiklox handlebar bracket with spacers for 12mm, 22mm, 25.4mm and 32mm bars; other mounts have their own dimensions and should be checked separately.

Install the parts in the order specified by Interphone and tighten fasteners only to the supplied guidance. Do not drill a structural component or improvise an adaptor. After fitting, confirm that the phone locks into place, cannot contact the motorcycle through the steering range and remains readable without requiring adjustment while riding.

Vibration, charging and weather protection

Interphone describes the current Quiklox anti-vibration module as a way to reduce high-frequency vibration passed to a smartphone. It does not make every phone immune to vibration damage, and compatibility should be checked if you are combining it with an older holder or mount. Follow any vibration warning issued by the phone manufacturer as well as Interphone's fitting instructions.

Some Quiklox products include USB power or a powered vehicle interface, while many brackets do not. Confirm connector type, cable routing, electrical requirements and whether the installation uses the motorcycle's existing preparation. Keep cables away from steering, suspension, hot surfaces and moving parts.

Weather claims are product-specific. A waterproof hard case and the IP66-rated BMW Navigator adaptor have different sealing arrangements, while open Tetra and Crab holders leave the handset exposed. Close every cover correctly and do not assume the entire assembled system inherits the rating of one component.
