Keis Heated Clothing

Keis heated motorcycle clothing adds adjustable warmth to cold-weather riding. Compare heated jackets, vests, bodywarmers, gloves and lower-body layers as parts of a complete system, with attention to fit, power supply and the protective clothing worn around them.

Put warmth where you need it
Start with the areas that become uncomfortable on your usual ride. A heated vest concentrates on the torso, while a jacket offers broader upper-body coverage. Keis bodywarmers and jackets vary in cut and heating layout, so use the individual product information rather than judging solely by the garment name.
Try heated layers beneath your normal riding kit with enough room to move. Keis heated jackets are warming layers, not substitutes for protective motorcycle jackets. Heated glove liners similarly need to be distinguished from motorcycle gloves with their own protective certification.
Bike power or portable battery?
Many Keis garments can use a compatible 12V vehicle supply or an appropriate Keis battery. Compatibility is model-specific: the manufacturer’s guidance identifies exceptions, including the self-contained J801 system. Check voltage, connector and supported garments before buying a battery or planning to link several items.
Choose the right controls
Check which controller and leads are included and which must be added. Keis offers different controller types, while many heated gloves have their own controls. Follow the wiring guide for the exact combination, including the required supply and fuse arrangements; matching connectors alone do not establish that a setup is suitable.
Build a practical winter setup
If you plan to power gloves, trousers or socks from another garment, verify that the garment supports those connections. Consider cable routing and how you will disconnect when getting off the bike. Battery running time depends on the garment and heat setting, so compare the relevant manufacturer figures rather than expecting one duration across the range.
Follow the garment’s care label, disconnect its electrical accessories before washing where instructed, and allow it to dry fully before reconnecting. Keeping the system organised makes it easier to check the leads and prepare for the next ride.
Explore motorcycle heated clothing for other options, or compare base layers and waterproof over-clothing when planning the rest of your cold-weather kit.
Plan Keis around your riding kit
Bring your usual jacket and details of any Keis garments or power accessories you already own. We can help compare fit and identify the model-specific compatibility information needed for your setup.
