Weise Textile Jackets

Weise Textile Jackets currently brings together two black road jackets: the Ottawa and Core Plus. Both are weather-focused textile designs, but they use different fits, adjustment layouts and pocket arrangements.

The Ottawa is the more conventionally sized option in this collection, while Core Plus uses its own generous size scale. Both product pages specify a 600D polyester construction, weather liner, removable thermal liner, protectors, ventilation and a trouser connection zip. Use the exact listing rather than assuming the two jackets fit alike.

Ottawa or Core Plus?

Fit and layering

Test either jacket with the thermal liner and back protection fitted. Reach for the bars, check that the protectors stay positioned and leave enough space for normal base layers without allowing the body or sleeves to flap. If you plan to connect trousers, confirm the corresponding trouser size and zip arrangement separately.
