If you are searching for Motocard in the UK, you may be comparing its large online range with the advantages of visiting a motorcycle clothing shop in person. Motocard is an established European retailer with an extensive website and physical stores across several European countries. For British customers, however, shopping with Motocard will usually mean ordering online.
We offer a different experience at Moto Central. Our showroom in Wolvey, near Hinckley, gives you two floors of motorcycle helmets, clothing, boots, gloves and accessories that you can browse, compare and try on before deciding what is right for you.
Motocard Is a Strong Online Retailer
Motocard's strength is its extensive online catalogue. It sells products from many major motorcycle brands and can be a convenient option when you already know the exact product, colour and size you want.
We are not suggesting that Motocard is a poor retailer. It offers British delivery and has served riders internationally for many years. The important difference is that Motocard does not currently list a physical UK shop, whereas our Leicestershire showroom is here for riders who want to see products properly before buying.
Why Visit Moto Central Instead?
Motorcycle clothing and helmets are difficult to judge from photographs and size charts alone. Two jackets marked with the same size can fit completely differently. Helmet brands use different internal shapes, while boots and gloves vary considerably in width, flexibility and fastening.
At our showroom, you can try several alternatives during the same visit. You can walk around in the boots, check how a jacket feels when you reach forward, make sure gloves work with the sleeves and compare helmet fit without repeatedly ordering and returning products.
More Than 1,000 Helmets to Compare
Our helmet department is one of the biggest reasons to visit us instead of making an overseas online order. We display more than 1,000 helmets from brands including SHOEI, Arai, AGV, HJC, Shark, Schuberth, Bell, LS2 and Nolan.
Our team can help you compare shape, stability and comfort before you move on to features, graphics and price. We also offer the SHOEI Personal Fitting System for eligible SHOEI helmets when additional adjustment is appropriate.
Clothing for Every Type of Rider
Motocard has a broad online clothing range, but we believe there is real value in seeing different brands together. Across our sports, touring, adventure, urban, retro and premium departments, you can explore clothing from RST, Richa, REV'IT!, Alpinestars, Dainese, Rukka, Merlin, Furygan and many more.
You are not limited to one style or price point. If the jacket you expected to buy does not fit properly, we can help you compare different cuts and alternatives. You can then match the clothing with boots from brands such as Daytona, TCX, Sidi, Forma and Falco, plus gloves, helmets and accessories elsewhere in the showroom.
A Better Choice When Fit Matters
If you already own a product and simply want an identical replacement, ordering online may be perfectly convenient. If you are choosing a new helmet, changing clothing brands, buying a complete outfit or struggling to find the right fit, we think the journey to Moto Central is well worth making.
You can use our Reserve & Try In Store service where available to give the visit a starting point, but you are never obliged to choose the reserved item if another product fits better. Stock changes, so please contact us before travelling if a particular model, colour or size is essential.
There is no pressure to rush. You can browse both floors, ask for help when you need it and make use of our free self-service tea and coffee while you consider the options.
