The Held Tamarack Top in Grey / Black is a waterproof Class AA textile motorcycle jacket for adventure and touring riders. A flexible 2.5-layer stretch ripstop laminate, extensive front, back and arm ventilation, and Level 2 D3O Ghost armour make it well suited to mixed-weather riding through spring, summer and autumn.

This women-specific version uses Held's DS to D3XL sizing. It is designed for riders who want a protective waterproof touring jacket with direct ventilation, practical storage and compatibility with Held Clip-in, SnapTech and eVest systems.

Allow enough room for the supplied armour to sit over the joints and for any base or mid layer you plan to wear. If your jacket and trouser sizes differ, Held advises that a connecting-zip adapter may be needed.

Product questions
Is the Tamarack Top waterproof?
Yes. Held lists the jacket as waterproof, with an integrated Held-Tex membrane that is also windproof and breathable. Two external pockets are specifically described as waterproof.
Is a back protector included?
No. Level 2 shoulder and elbow armour is supplied, while the back and chest protection are optional. The back-protector pocket accepts compatible Held protectors sized for the jacket.
Is it suitable for warmer weather?
Held classifies the Tamarack Top for spring to autumn and summer use. Front, rear and arm vents, including the ACS front vent, help increase airflow in dry, warm conditions.
Can it connect to motorcycle trousers?
Yes. The jacket has a connecting zip and is designed to pair with the Tamarack Base trousers. Held notes that an adapter can be required when jacket and trouser sizes differ.
What warranty applies?
Held provides a two-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty claims are handled through the supplying Held dealer and remain subject to Held's care and use conditions.
