- Generation restriction: For Pro Star, Race Star and Star, confirmed fitment begins with the 2016 Panovision generation. It does not fit pre-2016 Bell Star helmets or earlier Star Carbon viewport systems.
- Bell reference: 36927-296-OS, Light Smoke, One Size.
- Shell-size note: One shield spans the compatible helmets’ documented shell sizes; Bell does not divide this outer-shield family into helmet-size mounting groups.
- Shield specification: This is the complete external Panovision face shield with fixed posts for disposable tear-off films. Tear-off films are sold separately.
- Pinlock distinction: This 36927 family is not a Pinlock anti-fog insert and is not Bell’s 36233 Panovision outer shield combining Pinlock preparation with tear-off posts. No Pinlock insert is documented as included.
- Related systems: Keep it separate from standard outer shield 36235, post-free Hi-Def shield 36236, Pinlock-system outer shield 36237 and ProTint photochromic shield 36234.
