Before ordering, compare the manufacturer-listed 299 × 108 mm dimensions and 17 mm coated shackle thickness with the intended route through the wheel, frame or anchor point. Motorcycle geometry varies, so these external product dimensions should not be treated as guaranteed internal clearance.
Where the motorcycle allows, route the lock through a substantial part of the machine and a fixed anchor. For longer stops, combine it with a second independent security device. No mechanical lock can guarantee that theft will be prevented.
