REV'IT! Ladies Textile Trousers

REV'IT! women's textile motorcycle trousers include ventilated urban designs, waterproof touring trousers and layered adventure options. Women-specific patterning helps address waist, hip and leg proportions, but protection class, armour, waterproof construction and available leg lengths remain model-specific. Moto Central brings these choices together for practical comparison.

Choosing REV'IT! women's textile trousers

Start with season and riding style. Eclipse 2 Ladies prioritises airflow for warm urban rides. Tornado 4 H2O Ladies combines a ventilated protective shell with removable weather layers, while Sand 5 H2O Ladies uses a different multi-layer adventure system. Factor, Convergent, Berlin and Outback families have their own waterproofing, insulation and armour specifications.

Understanding the range

• Ventilated trousers: mesh helps airflow but is not a waterproof membrane. Compare garment class and included hip and knee protection.
• H2O touring trousers: check whether hydratex is fixed, removable or designed to be worn over or under the protective shell.
• Adventure trousers: assess vent placement, boot overlap, storage, seat grip and jacket connection as well as weather layers.
• Alternative leg lengths: short, standard and long variants can change knee-armour position as well as the finished hem.
• Model generations: Sand 4 and Sand 5, Factor 4 and Factor 5, and Tornado 3 and Tornado 4 are separate products with different specifications.

Fit, leg length and protector placement

Measure the waist and hips, then check the model's inseam options. In a riding position, the waistband should remain comfortable and the knee protector should cover the joint rather than sitting below it or twisting to the side. Hip armour should lie flat. Try the trousers with the boots and jacket you plan to use, plus thermal or waterproof layers where relevant.

Matching jacket and trousers

Check whether the trouser leg is intended to sit over the boot and confirm connection-zip compatibility with your jacket. Browse REV'IT! women's textile jackets, REV'IT! boots and REV'IT! gloves, or compare the wider REV'IT! textile trouser range.

Customer questions

Are all REV'IT! women's textile trousers waterproof?

No. Ventilated trousers sit alongside H2O models, and waterproof-layer construction varies between those products.

Do all trousers use SEEFLEX knee armour?

No. Protector family and CE level vary. Check the exact product specification and included body zones.

How should knee armour sit?

It should remain centred over the knee in your normal riding position, not just while standing.

Are short and long sizes only different at the hem?

No. Alternative lengths can also improve protector placement, which is why the seated fit matters.
