Shoei Neotec 3 helmets are ECE 22.06 flip-up touring helmets with P/J approval for the configurations specified by Shoei. This helmet-led collection brings together plain colours and Anthem, Satori, Fragments, Breeze and Sharpen graphics, with model-specific service products also appearing across the wider range.
Shoei specifies an AIM shell, multi-density EPS liner, stainless-steel chin-bar pivot and micrometric ratchet. The chin section locks in its raised position, enabling the model's P/J approval. Riders should still follow the helmet manual and the homologated configurations rather than assuming every raised-chin-bar use is appropriate.
The CNS-3C outer visor has a central lock and is supplied with a Pinlock insert. A QSV-2 internal sun visor, breath guard and chin curtain are also included with the standard helmet according to Shoei. Ventilation uses closable brow and chin inlets with rear outlets.
All complete helmets share the underlying Neotec 3 platform, so choose the finish you prefer and then confirm size availability on the product page. Begin with a head measurement, but judge the fit on your head: it should make even contact around the crown and cheeks, resist rotation and avoid a concentrated pressure point.
